I haven’t posted for a while since I was going through somethings and playing Dragon Age: Inquisition like an addict. Love the game!
However, I’m back and with my being back comes a bit of a store update as I will be adding doll/bjd hair jewelry as well as a chain option for necklaces. Remember that if you need something in a specific size do let me know, the worst I can say is no. 🙂
Hopefully now I’ll have time to do my story/photostory that I’ve been putting off. As well as some random dolly pictures, this blog really needs some.
Well I better get back to work before Dragon Age calls me back. 🙂
Lately I’ve been brushing up on my doll pattern making by watching some pattern making videos. I’ve got to say those have definitely helped. I’m also trying to buy smaller seed beads. Which I have no idea how I’m going to be able to see them. Haven’t been doing much with the dolls other than clothes patterns and necklaces for them.
Haven’t added anything new to the store due to being in a kind of creative slump and an emotional downward spiral. Seriously… I keep saying, “tomorrow I’ll get Ellie’s hands and I’ll wipe them and blush them”, but all I really do is sit on my bed watching anime. Ugh! Hopefully my gears start moving soon.
Maybe I have to many ideas and I just don’t know where to start.
I really have to stop with the text post and get more doll stuff up. Sorry guys.
Wish me luck!
I haven’t done anything new with the dolls. I’m trying to figure out what to sort of post I can do weekly to keep this blog more active. -sigh- Until then have my sporadic updates and such.
And as always please check out the store. 🙂
Yesterday was a day just to make some in character clothes for my Islanddoll Norse Myth Odin, Patrick, one of the dolls I had been keeping sort of secret. He’s so big that I was having such a hard time making anything for him. But I finally was able to and I believe he looks quite handsome in his new threads.

Making doll jewelry is so frustrating! I just finished one of a design I had in the back of my head but hadn’t sat down to actually work on it. It was very frustrating I probably wont do something like that again. (Maybe.) It does look really pretty, it’s just really difficult since I bought a thinner chain so it would look more in-scale. Also if I do it again the clasp will be magnetic as it is very difficult to close with a barrel one.
Let me know what you guys think.
